Moore, 40, of Black River Falls, died Thursday, April 6, 2006, in Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center, La Crosse.Susan Kay Bucholz was born on April 10, 1965, in Janesville to Robert and Donna (McIntosh) Bucholz. The family lived in Janesville until 1972 when they moved to the Black River Falls area. Susan graduated from Black River Falls High School in 1983.She married Wesley Moore on Oct. 8, 1988, in Black River Falls. The couple was later divorced.Following her marriage, Susan lived in San Diego, Calif. for 10 years and then in North Carolina for a year, before returning to Black River Falls.While living in California, she was employed as a Certified Nursing Assistant and she was a home health care provider for several years. She was currently pursuing a degree in accounting at Western Wisconsin Technical College.Susan enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles and spending time with friends.Survivors include her fiancé, Terry Mercer of Black River Falls; her mother, Donna McIntosh of Black River Falls; her father and step-mother, Robert and Patricia Bucholz of Black River Falls; two brothers, Kirk (Stacy) Bucholz and Steve (Robin) Bucholz both of Black River Falls; a step-sister, Rhonda (Ron) Charneski of Black River Falls; a step-brother, Robert (Denise) Hagen of Black River Falls; and nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 12, 2006, from the Shamrock Union Church and burial will be in the Shamrock Union Cemetery, rural Black River Falls. Pastor Loretta Waughtal will officiate.Casket bearers will be Chris Hoff, Josh Bucholz, Ron Charneski, Kevin Cook, Daniel Cook and Bruce Hunter.
